Online Booking & Cancellation Policies

  • No Show appointments will be charged a Full Service fee. 
  • Cancellations 24hrs or less before apt will be charged a 60% booking fee. No Exceptions.
  • Valid Credit Card is required for all Bookings.
  • Spa Parties of 2 or more people in which card will be charged a 40% booking fee at time of booking. Card on file will be charged for the remainder of all services at time of service unless cancelled or rescheduled a minimum of 3 days prior to the original appointments.
  • Credit Cards are charged a pre-auth that will drop off when added into our system to ensure they're valid.
  • **If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment your deposit will remain on your account for future use. ((Unless it falls under our Cancellation Policy which is listed below) The financial cost of merchant account fees to process a transaction then reverse it costs fees which will be passed on to the consumer as an “Authorization Fee” if client prefers a refund of deposit).
  • Credit Cards are charged a 10% deposit for online booking to secure your appointment & will be put towards the service at checkout. No show or cancellations 24 or less (as per our cancellation policy) appointments will forfeit this 10% deposit & be charged the cancellation policy difference to the card on file.

  • Worth the dollar amount placed on them. (Our Service Pricing may change without notice)
  • Expire after 5ys of non-use.
  • Required at time of redemption.
  • Not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.


We don't store gift certificates in our system and we can't redeem a gift certificate that you don't have in person when you come to your appointment.

Any & all deposits at/for our events are non-refundable & forfeited in the unfortunate event that you can't make it to cover expenses to cover these events.
