We believe that if you have a gift card they should still carry a value. We do although set an expiration date for our gift cards for several reason's.
1 - we want you to use it sooner than later so it doesn't get lost or forgot about
2 - costs of our services may change over time & if you wait too long to use it we can only honor the value that was put on the card - EX: if someone bought a 60min massage on a gift card when our prices were lower we can only honor the value that was placed on the card & the difference in price must be paid by client at time of service.
Our packages are valid for 1yr from date of purchase. After 1yr whatever is left on your package, if not used, is expired automatically.
*Massage Packages & Memberships are non-refundable. Massage Packages & Spa Discounts are NOT valid with Christy Coberly LMT. Massage Packages, Spa Packages, or Memberships can NOT be combined or used in conjunction with any other offers, specials, discounts, or deals.
Returns: Due to COVID we're NOT accepting returns of *used products*. If you're unsure about a product we recommend asking for a sample before purchasing which can be done in our spa.
*un-used & un-opened products purchased within our spa may be returned minus any fee's incured per our Refund Policy.
Refunds: Any & all authorized refunds will be sent via check within 7 business days of rectification.
Gift Cards, Membersips, & Packages are NON-Refundable & are only good for in-store credit.
All product returns will be charged a $5 re-stocking fee per product.
Due to the cost of merchant transaction fees, any refunds for pre-paid services, etc by debit/credit card will be charged 3.5% fee which will be deducted from the total refund.
Costs of our services may change over time. Under such circumstances that a gift card was purchased for a specific service & the price has increased since the purchase of the gift card we can only honor the original value that was placed on the card in which the client is required to pay the difference at time of service.
What if you have a gift card for a specific service or for one of our packages?
All gift certificates 12months old or older are only worth the value placed on them & any difference in service cost from purchase of gift card is due at time of service.
-No Show appointments will be charged a 40% booking fee.
-Pre-paid bookings are non-refundable & only valid for the service selected unless otherwise directed by management.
-We allow 2 consecutive re-schedule's 24hrs before apt then you will be charged 40% booking fee for each service cancelled 24hrs or less before apt thereafter.
-Cancellations 24hrs or less before apt will be charged a 40% booking fee.
-2 or more consecutive re-schedules will be charged for full service.
We don't charge any fees for our spa parties, but to further avoid no shows & cancellations under 24hrs a valid card is required to be on file to book spa parties of 3 or more people. No shows or cancellations under 24hrs in advance will be charged a 40% booking fee via the card on file to compensate the therapists & recover lost income of consumed time slots that can't be filled last minute.
We take our client confidentiality very seriously by setting a new standard for our industry by using reusable forms that can be scanned & sanitized after each client. This allows us to keep all of our files digital & ENCRYPTED!! Only our management has access to our intake forms once they're encrypted & requires permission for even our employees to access.
If you purchase an item & it's on back order it just means that we're sold out of it in our retail location. Most orders will be fulfilled within 7 business days of original purchase. We try to keep as many items in stock as possible while ensuring we constantly have the freshest products available.
